My work in mental health has been both incredibly fulfilling and professionally satisfying. Helping other people through shared lived experience and my own mental health journey is my WHY. Collaboration and mutual understanding are always key, and I have the experience needed to ensure change.

Brand Consulting. 

One of my most satisfying services, is working with organizations and people that I believe in, to position their brand at the core of everything they do. Through story- telling, customer service, sales, and marketing, I am helping brands streamline their operating processes while growing their brand. Being a part of an organizations success means more to me than the bottom line.
